If you are not fully satisfied that your story touches your heart with Heaven’s Perspective, send it back within 30 days for a full refund. To request a refund, first contact us at Info@HeavensPerspective.com or 877-427-1645 and we’ll give you an address and mailing instructions to return your journal. You will need to provide a credit card number so we can issue a refund to your account (we do not keep your card number from your original order on file for security reasons). Return the journal in the original packaging if possible. Journals and CDs must be received by us in new condition in order to receive a full refund. We will refund the full purchase amount on receipt. Please note: you are responsible for return shipping.

We are not doctors, mental health professionals or counsellors, and our stories are not meant to take the place of advice from these professionals. Any decisions you make about life choices or directions after reading these stories are solely your own responsibility, and we assume no liability for those choices.
None of your personal information or your story information will be shared publically or with any third party without your express written consent. Stories or story details may be shared internally among our story-writing team in order to get feedback and produce the best story we can for you.
